KMB.FUN / POLICIES
Terms of use
The terms for using KMB.fun, connecting a wallet, and participating in the platform.
Effective October 23, 2026
Using KMB.fun
These terms apply to the KMB.fun website and its interfaces, features, and content (the “Service”), operated under the name KMB.fun (“KMB,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Eligibility and regional access
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located. Access may be restricted by jurisdiction, sanctions, or other legal or operational requirements. Do not use a VPN, proxy, false information, or another method to evade restrictions.
Devnet and experimental features
The current Service runs on Solana Devnet. Test SOL and Devnet tokens are for testing; KMB does not represent that they have monetary value or can be redeemed for money. Devnet balances, histories, pools, and platform data may be reset or become unavailable. A future network or feature change may carry different risks and will be identified in the interface. Do not send mainnet assets to an address or flow intended for Devnet.
Wallets, approvals, and transactions
You control your connected wallet and are responsible for safeguarding it and reviewing every signature request. KMB does not ask for the recovery phrase or private key of your connected wallet. Signing in creates an API session; it does not itself authorize a trade. A transaction signature can authorize the actions shown in the wallet request. Review the network, amounts, recipients, fees, and instructions before signing. KMB also uses platform-controlled wallets for launch and reward automation; this does not give KMB control of your connected wallet.
Fees, execution, and finality
Network fees, pool fees, price impact, and slippage may apply. Review the quote and the Rules & fees before approving. Quotes and estimates can change or expire. A submitted transaction can remain pending or uncertain even when an interface reports a timeout. Check its receipt before attempting another transaction. KMB cannot guarantee execution, finality, a particular price, refunds of network fees, or reversal of an on-chain transaction.
Coins, rankings, and rewards
User-created coins, profiles, and metadata are not endorsements by KMB. Rankings, eligibility, allocations, buybacks, and burns depend on the published rules and available evidence. A ranking or projected allocation is not a promise of a payment or return. Collection, allocation, purchase, and burn receipts describe different events. Automation may pause when evidence, funding, liquidity, or infrastructure is unavailable. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, or tax advice.
Your content
You retain rights you hold in material you submit. You grant KMB a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that material as needed to operate, secure, and promote the Service and the content you publish through it. You must have the necessary rights and must not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material. Public uploads and blockchain-linked metadata may be copied or stored by others. Removing content from KMB does not remove independent copies or blockchain records.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for fraud, impersonation, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, harassment, or infringement. Do not exploit vulnerabilities, bypass access controls or rate limits, introduce malicious code, disrupt infrastructure, or use automated requests in a way that impairs the Service. Do not misrepresent a coin, a transaction, or your association with KMB. Report suspected security issues privately using the contact below.
Third parties and availability
Wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, exchanges, storage networks, and linked websites operate independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices. We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features, remove content, or refuse access to protect users, comply with law, or operate the Service. Where reasonable, we will explain material changes, but outages and urgent security actions may occur without advance notice.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular outcome. You bear the risks of your wallet decisions, user-created assets, third-party services, and public blockchain activity. To the extent permitted by law, KMB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses caused by third-party systems or transactions you authorize. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and its effective date here. Changes apply prospectively; material changes will be brought to your attention where reasonably practicable. Stop using the Service if you do not agree to updated terms. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply. Contact KMB before raising a dispute so we have an opportunity to address it. No arbitration agreement or waiver of mandatory consumer rights is created by these terms.
